Energy Performance
Certificates
An Energy Performance Certificate
will be mandatory from 1st June 2007 whenever a domestic
building is sold and from October 2008 for rented property. The EPC
also contains recommendations for cost effective improvements such as;
insulation and efficient heating
systems, etc.,
